"When Laura told me she would teach me to get up from my chair without holding on to it, I smiled. When she told me she could teach me to bend over, sit back, and stand back up doing what she called Squats I had to laugh, especially since my knees had been replaced years ago. Well, she not only taught me these things but the squats were done with weights on my shoulders.

 

"Laura was very patient and worked at my pace. She taught me deadlifts and bench presses.  Eugene worked with me a few times — also very patient and very precise. I still wish I could hold my back as straight as he does. Like an arrow!

 

"I always loved exercising but weight training is a whole new way for me. I truly believe all older people (and younger) benefit from this type of training. I have not fallen down since I started doing squats and deadlifts. I can’t say enough about Laura and Eugene and their way of training. To improve your life give them a try, you wont regret it. OH, did I mention I am 84 years young?"
