THE PROCESS

Strength training and cardio conditioning can have a profound impact on your life, from improvement of performance in sports and hobbies, to fighting off sarcopenia, osteopenia, metabolic disorder, and other conditions of aging and the modern lifestyle.

Everyone has different goals and physical abilities. During your free consultation, we will discuss your goals and how we can meet them. We will perform an initial movement assessment, discuss health and injury history, and make a plan for how your particular training will progress.

During your first four discounted trial lessons, you will learn the basic movement patterns and begin to make progress on your lifts.

​

Once you've decided to train with us, we will start integrating discussions about how nutrition can help you meet your goals for wellness and physical performance, and introduce cardio conditioning when it becomes appropriate.

We offer both private and small group sessions.
