We believe that strength is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or ability. Increased strength improves performance in hobbies and sports, positively impacts health markers, and enhances quality of life.
At First Principles, we utilize resistance training that incrementally loads natural human movement patterns to build full-body strength. From light weights to barbells, we strengthen muscle, bone, sinew, and improve balance through compound exercises, with short, high-intensity interval sessions for cardiovascular endurance.
We support dietary changes for a healthier lifestyle, advocating for the elimination of seed oils, processed and sweetened products, focusing instead on whole foods, high-quality protein sources, and choices that benefit our planet.
